About Stella
Our story
A team of engineers started Stella in 2025 as a pilot to provide the STEM experience to young engineers entering the workforce. We found that hands-on experience and early exposure to building projects with real life impacts compounded quickly over time. Stella incorporated as a 501(c)(3) organization in 2026 and we are building the infrastructure for the next generation of STEM curriculum.
Mission
Stella brings a progressive approach to engineering education, bridging the gap between the classroom and industry through early exposure in hands-on project-team based learning, research and industry aligned skill development, corporate partnerships, and mentorship initiatives that ensure deep internalization of skills and purposeful career exploration.
